We use the session to get to know you, understand your situation and goals, and explain how we work. At the end we propose a treatment plan and recommended frequency (usually weekly at the start). You will leave with a clear idea of the next steps.

Treatment and follow-up sessions

Each session follows a similar rhythm: review of the week, work on the agreed goals, and tasks to practise until the next session. As you notice improvement, we can space sessions (fortnightly, monthly) and prepare for discharge with a maintenance plan.
